Job description
- Exceptional leadership and team building skills, staffing, growing outstanding talents, and building strong high performance test teams.
- Pro-active, self-motivated leader with great communication, ownership and teamwork spirit..
- Overall planning for capital, budget, HW for infrastructure buildup
- Design and setup the Dev/Test env for multi-projects.
- Maintain and upgrade hardware/software as requirements from development and test team
- Offer capabilities and services to the cloud business solution throughout the complete project lifecycle
- Infrastructure knowledge training to team
Skill Requirements
- 5 years or above experiences on IT infrastructure buildup.
- 2 years or above lead experiences on IT infrastructure management
- Good skills on IT infrastructure planning and buildup
- Rich Knowledge on HW, Network and Storage setup and configuration
- Experiences on virtualization solution, eg: PowerVM, VMWare, KVM, Hyper-V or zVM
- Familiar with kinds of operating systems, including Windows, Linux, AIX etc.
- Good skills in Database server(DB2), LDAP server and HTTP server etc.
Prefer(plus):
Familiar with IBM HW products, like Power, Storage, SAN/Ethernet Switches, Blade Chassis.
Experiences on Virtualization HW/SW - PowerVM, VMWare, KVM, Hyper-V or zVM
Experience on Openstack
