Job description
Drive revenue and product adoption within the region.
Presentations and demonstrations in front of customers, internal sales teams including seminars and workshops.
Become proficient in presenting the Lotus Strategy, demonstrating cross portfolio collaboration and presenting the Lotus vision for the future.
Expected travel is extensive and up to 75% of the time would be spent meeting with customers.
Ability to analyze customer software licenses and compare them with competitor licenses.
Use exclusively Lotus Collaboration products in their day to day work.
Provide feedback to Lotus Product Management on ideas for product improvement based on customer feedback, competitive information and market requirements.
Participate in World Wide Tiger Team initiatives and lead/coordinate these initiatives within the region.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
Professional Software Sales experience.
Knowledge of either Lotus Collaboration Products or Microsoft Collaboration Products
Ability to create demonstrations using Lotus collaboration products tailored to customer content and requirements. 
Required
Bachelor's Degree
At least 5 years experience in Lotus product adoption within the region
