Job Description
²        Work as team lead and architect on performance testing on the strategic Cloud projects.
²        Design and implement performance testing strategies, methodologies and processes.
²        Mentor junior team members and grow technical competencies across teams.
²        Guide team and provide valuable advice and suggestions to multiple performance testing projects.
²        Review test plans, test scripts and test reports.
²        Resolve or provide suggestions to technical issues related to performance testing.
²        Continuously improve team efficiencies by automation and optimization.
Job Requirement
²        Excellent communication, collaboration, leadership and project management skills
²        Excellent English skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing
²        Extensive hands on experiences in using various performance testing tools
²        Rich experiences in system monitoring, performance problems determination and troubleshooting
²        Rich experiences in performance and scalability testing
²        Good skills on data analysis
²        Experience in troubleshooting skills in MS Windows, Linux and UNIX environments.
²        Good knowledge in Virtualization technology (e.g.VMware, Windows Hypervisor, Xen and KVM).
²        Broad knowledge across network, operating system, middle ware, and desktop applications
²        Good skills on Linux shell or Windows command-line scripting
²        Fast leaner, willing to adopt changes and take responsibilities
Required
