Job Description
²        Development and testing of Middleware, Web applications, Database, System Management, Compiler/Debugger, JVM, LDAP and TCP/IP applications
²        Identify and implement product requirements & improvements
²        Follow IBM i software development process to work on new feature design, coding, unit test, function test and bug fix
²        Provide Level 3 support for local and worldwide customers
²        Support S&D team to win in the marketplace
Required Skills
²        At least 2 years software development or testing experience
²        Strong in-depth skills and extensive programming experience
²        Good Unix/Linux development skills
²        Excellent problem solving skills
²        Solid computer science fundamental knowledge, strong knowledge in operating system and data structure
²        Formal software development process knowledge
²        Quick learner and strong analytical skills.
²        Creative thinking and passion for technologies
²        Self-motivated and good team work spirit
²        Can work under pressure and willing to take responsibilities
²        Good communication skills, both Chinese and English
