Job Description
-   With major skill on IT service management and Middleware,IT infrastructure experience can be a plus.
-   Act as team leader to work closely with IT specialist and business partner in project delivery phase. Focus on requirement analysis; architecture design and direct project team member to implement the solution with high quality. He may also play a part time PM role in some project.
-   Support engagement with a proposal leader or SME role, Work closely with sales team to respond to customer’s IT requirements. Pre-actively communicate with customers to understand their needs and wants. Task may including proposal document writing and solution presentation.
-   Comply with the service delivery process to guarantee the project delivery quality.
-   Support marketing events to generate more opportunities. 
Required Skills
-   Over 8 years IT industry services experiences.
-   Hands on experience of ITSM production, such as Tivoli, BMC patrol.
-   Deep understand about ITSM theory, such as ITIL,ISO20000,cobit,ITIL service manager certification is a plus.
-   It would be better if candidate have knowledge in middle product such as Websphere, Web logic, Oracle, DB2; J2EE programming experience with SOA framework is a plus.
-   It would be better if candidate have knowledge in System product, such as Server, Storage, routers, switches, virtualization technology, AIX, HP-UX, and Linux etc.
-   Experience of internal IT operation is a plus     
Required                                                                            
-   At least 5 years experience in IT industry services experiences
-   At least 5 years experience in IT product such as Tivoli, BMC patrol
-   At least 5 years experience in ITSM theory, such as ITIL,ISO20000,cobit
-   Bachelor's Degree
-   English: Intermediate
-   Chinese simplified: Fluent
