Job description
Business Contributions:
² Attain monthly and quarterly target with balanced focus on large and small deals
² Attain quarterly revenue target
² Coach and assist Opportunity Owner Team to close deals
² Be accountable for large deal opportunities business development and ownership
² Represent section to participate Cluster/Territory Team’s SSL on interlocking action and key business metrics
Solution Focus:
² Understand client solution requirements. Address them with GTS solution to maximize our account or industry share
² Provide market insight and team with Stakeholders as well as SPG brand team to create solutions for more section opportunities.
² Drive pipeline, revenue and TCV of selected focus SPL solutions. Maximize downstream opportunities from Consultancy engagement.
² Develop sales and demand generation programs to capture the customer’s solution opportunities
Account Focus:
² Build trust with CIO and senior IT staff to become their trusted Advisor.
² Run key account “growth workshops” and “ account plan” with stakeholders( S&D and GTS Exec.)
² Be the owner of Key Account on Account Service Plan
² Act as GTS partner to other Sales team
² Generate wins from new customers
Required Skills
² Degree holder of any discipline
² At least with 8 years sales experience in communication business industry, experienced with CMCC and selling BCRS &Security Solution
² Able to work independently, good team player, creative in solving customer problems
² Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
² Excellent interpersonal skills
² Able to work under pressure and willing to travel
Required
Bachelor's Degree
At least 5 years experience in Solution ITA background
At least 5 years experience in solution sales
At least 5 years experience in comm biz sense
English: Intermediate
