Understand i development strategy in China and energize team to accelerate the speed of skills development
Keep team in very high moral, execute hiring, training and retaining responsibilities.
Ensure the project delivery on schedule with high quality. Lead the team to complete the software development project.
Build and manage good relation with i management team and WW labs
People management responsibility:
Ensure department understand i overall strategy and i developent strategy in China
Work with employees closely on the career development plans, provide frequent and clear feedback to each employee
Set clear performance expectation, really help talents and senior technical people development
Build a positive organizational climate, build high performance team and promote value
Job Requirements (skills/experiences/Qualifications)
Skills requirement:
Excellent communication skills, both in Chinese and English
Excellent negotiation, coaching skills
Lotus product knowledge and experiences
i knowledge is a plus
Good project management skill, solid experience at a department management/project management position
Solid understanding of large scale enterprise software development process
Strong leadership, self-motivated, quick learner and with strong problem solving ability
Passionate to software development. An independent, assertive, creative, dynamic and flexible approach is required
