Job description
Lead and manage a team of about 20 firmware engineers working on System x Unified Extensible Firmware Interface (UEFI) core and value-added software solution to support various System x platform products.
This candidate requires good communication and project management skills besides people management responsibilities. He/she needs to lead and grow/develop team’s in-depth technical skills in uEFI to gain more ownership of uEFI product development mission.
Collaboration with local and US teams, support of local customers and S&D team in China are key and critical successful factors to become an effective manager in this role.

Required Skills
- Strong technical background, familiar with System x products and technologies, good customer insight.
- Strong people management skills with at least 2 years of management experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiating skills, fluent in both Chinese and English.
- Strong leadership and drive to achieve, experience in collaborating with different business units.
- Master degree in Computer Science and Electronic Engineering or equivalent, or above
