Job Description
- Focus on existing Public Sector accounts' new opportunities closure
- Assist in opportunity qualification, especially with respect to risk assessment
- Create and lead multi disciplinary solution teams to develop complex solutions for specific customer opportunities
- Maintain and coordinate an effective partnership with customers through senior executive contacts and with those who influence the decision-makes
- Navigate IBM internal procedures without exposing the customer or IBM to any delivery/quality exposures
- Maintain alignment with customers business strategy, drivers, and goals
- Lead the development and refinement of the financial analysis that demonstrates the compelling financial rational for customers and the profitability goals of IGS over the lifetime of the deal
- Lead team to a solution that will enhance the customers competitive advantage
- Lead the development of deliverables, such as proposals and customer presentations
- Develop the strategy for winning the deal
- Ensure that solutions have been quality assured for a successful implementation and in compliance with IBM’s strategy
- Play the key role in negotiations with the customer
- Ensure that the deal is closed
- Provide leadership in the transition to delivery
Required skills:
- Able to work independently and under pressure, good team player and creative in solving customer problems
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- More that 3 years selling experience, service selling experience is much preferred.
- Government selling background is preferred.

Bachelor's Degree
