Job description
-Achieve Software Service revenue target
- line up with IBM internal, like ISU, cSSR, sSSR, SWITA etc, to explore service opportunity
- face customer directly to promote Software Lab Service offering
- service business owner for a given territory
- Team working spirit
- responsibility & good attitude

Required Skills
-Minimum 3 years service sales and IT Consulting experience in a similar role
- understand software business, understanding IBM software will be preferable
- Strong solution selling skills with the ability to sell at CxO level
- Excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills
- Ability to speak a technical and a business language
- Excellent communication skill in English and Chinese
- Strong problem solving capabilities & entrepreneurial drive
- Proven organizational and teaming skills
- Professional Services background preferred. 
 
Required
Bachelor's Degree
At least 3 years experience in ervice sales and IT Consulting experience in a similar role
At least 5 years experience in Required Market Experience
English: Fluent
