Job Description
** *recognized the IT executive leadership's shift in priority from one of ofcus on managing technology to that of participation with business strategy development, value creation, contributing to business results as well as managing technology. IT exists to support Business Processes that execute the business strategy. While that might sound simple, implementing IT solutions and organizations often is quite complex. It involves aligning IT with the business strategy while delicately balancing new solution deployments while maintaining existing ones. Changes in business strategies, rapidly changing business environments and the myriad of technology options only compound IT's already complex challenges. Further complicating matters are on-going resource challenges surrounding people, budget and tools.
 
The  Systems Agenda is designed to help clients set their own IT agenda to address these challenges more nimbly and effectively. It focuses on aligning IT with the business, setting IT strategy and development of prioritized IT roadmaps to support business goals.
 
The Systems Agenda consultant will work with the customer to create that IT strategy and ultimately stay engaged to help the client refine, communicate, validate, and execute that agenda over time. /The Systems Agenda consultant will strive to establish a trusted advisor relationship with the CIO and other key client business leaders. The goal is to transition from a transactional relationship to a strategic partnership resulting in sustained revenue for IBM. This is a new position and team within STG and the right candidate will welcome the opportunity to work in an evolving environment and the challenges that accompany building a new practice and business. 
 
Required：
8-12 years IT industry experience (minimum)
Experience in influencing all levels of an IT organization, especially C-Suite executives
Broad IT industry technical knowledge
Understand the technology, process and dynamics of running an IT organization and provide analysis and recommendations based on that knowledge
Strong communication skills
Demonstrated success of strong strategic thinking at Enterprise Level
Strong facilitation skills
Self-starter
Strong teaming skills
 
Additional Skills:
Deep specific industry knowledge (i.e. Banking, Healthcare, Telco, etc)
Service management
Consulting skills
Willingness to travel on average, 50%
 
Required
• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 10 years experience in IT industry experience
• English: Fluent
