Company  GPS (Global Process Services) Development is part of GPS WW organizations. The objective of GPS Development is to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of building solution content - using common components, standard processes and a common platform. The CDL GPS team has successfully delivered about 20 solutions for WW customers in Customer relationship management (CRM), Finance and administration (F&A), Human resources and learning (HR), Supply chain management (SCM) etc areas.

In GPS Development team, you will have chance to:

Position Description:
u       Develops Workload Patterns and tooling for  Workload Deployer & GTS cloud integration
u       Works with project and development managers to aligns product and solution offering
u       Lead a team to complete the software development project tasks or exhibiting technical leadership in specific areas. (Team Leader)
u       Identify any inefficiencies in process within the project and propose appropriate solutions (Team Leader)
u       Consolidates and documents regional design, concept, and process
u       Ensures the solutions and products delivery meet the defined features
u       Coordinates and involve in solution testing, UAT, and training activities with regional development managers

Skill Requirements:
u       Min. 5 years working experience in J2EE, system integration, or business project management.
u       Expert of IBM middleware stacks, e.g. WebSphere Application Server, DB2, WebSphere Message Queue, etc.
u       Knowledge of scripting language Python and Linux operating system, regional experience having scaled and supported multi-location and multi-language solutions are definite plus
u       Familiar with Virtualization technologies, e.g. VMWare ESX, KVM, etc
u       Excellent team work, ability to work in a matrix organization
u       Proficient in English and Chinese (spoken and written)
u       Enthusiasm and passion to new technology, and willing to accept new challenge
u       Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
u       Quick learner and good flexibility
u       Having strong sense of ownership and high accountability
