Job description
• Develop, document and present data strategies with strategic recommendations and insights for the Demand Programs teams
• Provide database marketing consulting and leadership to peers and clients to increase the impact and contribution of database marketing to the Demand Programs team
• Assist in the forthcoming Unica rollout and ongoing use of the tool, to help build skills in the Demand Programs team
• Analysis and reporting of historic and current marketing campaigns
• Execute marketing segmentation, targeting, list selection, modeling, testing and analysis to achieve business objectives and improve the effectiveness of marketing programs and campaigns
• Collaborate with the Demand Programs team to provide value add services and insights
• Understand and integrate disparate data sources into coherent views to provide customer-centric analyses and enable data-driven marketing program design.
• Ensure the highest quality customer and market information is used in creating marketing demand programs.
• Drive continual improvements in data integrity and hygiene
• Collaborate across the demand program team and MM community as required to improve touch management and response management across all Programs to deliver higher demand generation ROI
• Demonstrate deep understanding of campaign process and assists/manages team with campaign planning requirements, tracking and data quality.
• Promote, leverage, collaborate with and provide input to the offshore Data Services Center teams for excellence in execution
• Understands, promotes and utilizes predictive modeling in segmentation and execution efforts, and tests results to drive continuous improvement
Required
Bachelor's Degree
At least 3 years experience in Experience in large database environment
At least 2 years experience in Basic SQL or other database language
At least 2 years experience in Advanced Microsoft Excel skill
English: Fluent
Chinese simplified: Fluent
Preferred
At least 2 years experience in Advanced Unica experience
