Job Description
1) Oversee and manage the Integrated Technology Services sales pipeline from demand generation to contract closure by working closely with client facing sellers, solution design experts and Marcom/Channel partners to achieve sales results in assigned territory/accounts
2) Personally take responsibility to develop ITS business, cultivate trusted relationship with CIOs/IT Directors and closure of large/complex deals at assigned focused accounts
3) Provide insights on demand and uncover client's specific requirements for effective promotion of specific ITS solutions
4) Assist and coach other ITS sellers on industry context and account coverage for effective closure of ITS contracts in the assigned territory/industry
Required Skills
1) Proven track record in consultative sales in IT infrastructure services (such as network, security, desktop support, strategic IT planning, IT services management, etc.)
2) Experience in services business development aiming at enterprise accounts
3) Not required, but prefer to have successful IT services sales experiences to Manufacturing, Consumer Products/Retail/Transportation industries.
4) Minimum 8 years of customer facing career in multinational companies
5) Good communication skills including good command of English and Mandarin
6) Experience in working and teaming effectively inside large service organization a plus
