General Job Description:
--Sales Transaction Hub(STH) is a department which supply with a "hub" function to integrate the works of sales and internal align functions, to efficient and streamline the process of the tender response, proposal development, contract development till the project delivery;
--Complex bid manager is a role which need to "leads" the bid team, interfacing with sales team (multiple brands & industry sales), internal align functions(pricing, legal, quality assurance, supply chain, business and technical resource, etc.) and STH internal align support teams (standard bid manager, proposal, contract, etc.), to deliver a Proposal, or Solution or Contract to the clients according to business rules and standard processes, before the required due time w/ high quality;
--This role operates as the project manager of the case subject, plays solution design and proposal process expert functions as well in terms of internal process knowledge and proposal/contract creation expertise, including coordination, application of lesson learned and re-use of intellectual captial, to supply with a natural progression path on the case subject;
 
Daily Activities:
--Engaged on complex, wide scope (including wide geographic scope), high risk deals, w/ multi-brands;
--Leads/drives overall proposal plan and proposal project management for the opportunity;
--Leads team collaboration and integration of RFP response process and associated documents on highly time sensitive schedules for complex, multi-tower, even global engagements; this role also need to gather opportunity tracking information and metrics;
--Drives integration of win strategy and win themes through proposal deliveribles as trusted peer of opportunity owner;
--Facilitate/coordination the way out for the key existing issues under the support of case owner/sponsors;
--Provides operational leadership for proposal development & supports to meet client driven deadlines & internal approval requirements;
--Maintains control file of proposal related documents (versions, appendices, iterative responses );
--Provides deal team with collaborative tools, including meetings, templates, proposal shells, pointers to ICAP;
--Interfaces with other proposal support roles (i.e., proposal writers, ICAP specialists, production team) and other internal resources to help developing the response deliveribles to client requirements;
--Reviews proposal documents for compliance with client requirements and specifications, i.e., mapping proposal response to questions raised by client;
--Keeps tight communication with Sector / Sector aligned brand leaders in owned territory;
--Develops the overall project plan for opportunites and have all the responsibilites of project management when a separate project manager is not assigned;

Candidate Requirements:
--More than 5 year working experience is a must, 2-3 years experience on commercial manager, pricer, tender or PM is a strong plus;
--Bachelor degree is minimum required, IT education background is preferred,
--High communication skill is preferred on multiple communication ways, like verbal, email, meeting (even across countries);
--Fluent English on verbal, listening, reading and writing;
 
Strong Plus for offer Consideration: 
--Working experience in large across-countries international company is a strong plus, the ability to quickly adapt with complex communication ---enviornment under matrix organization culture will be specially considerred;
--Mature, organize, passion & self-motivate is the desired character for CBM candidates;
--IT solution working experience will be a strong plus;
--IT sales experience is a plus;
