Job description
- Develop Human Capital related consulting business in different industry, e.g. Comm BankingInsuranceIndustryUtility.
- Build trustful relationship with key client.
- Lead or participate key account engagement to identify client’s management issue, and provide insightful solution to help client’s business development.
- Produce high quality client deliverables within budget and on time.
- Meet or exceed client expectations as measured by client satisfaction ratings and Project Assessments.
- Lead the development and implementation of the risk management plan and ensure that it is lived daily on the project
- Proactively identify issues which may impact the success of the work at and request assistance where necessary
- Serve as an advisor or subject matter expert in the area of leadership development, organization and job design, performance management, compensation design, career management, competency model.
- Work on internal projects to develop specific methods or tools in the area of expertise.
Required
Bachelor's Degree
English: Intermediate
Additional information
- Above 10 years working experience.
- 3-5 years Human Capital consulting experience, or above
- Experiences of large project management
- 2-3 years multi-national company or consulting firm working experience, working in HR and OD function.
- Fluent English communication skills, overseas background is a plus.
- MBA degree preferable.
