Job description
- Executes and delivers employee compensation cycles (Performance Bonus, Employee Salary Program, Equity, Awards etc), including manager briefings & training, management of exceptions, mid-cycle reporting on areas of concern in manager planning, roll-up reviews and obtaining local signoff for cycle spending
- Provides and processes compensation recommendations for off-cycle actions, e.g promotion
- Tracks and reports employee and executive off-cycle spending
- Executes and delivers Time Management programs (e.g OT, on-call, leaves etc), communicates plan changes, ensures day-to-day support of processes such as claim and application.
- Executes and delivers benefits programs (e.g., flexible benefits, pension, social insurance programs), communicates plan changes, ensures day-to-day support of processes such as enrolment, managing admin processes and ongoing vendor relations
- Supports the market benchmarking and position management processes
- Supports Mergers / Acquisitions / SO execution, relative to classification, banding, retention programs, etc.
- Responsible for relationship with HR Business Development, tracks and ensures transition/ implementation of temporary solutions / monitoring and sunsetting of exceptions
- Trains new managers, new employees, and conducts cycle training
- Analyzes, streamlines, and standardizes processes across BUs/countries
- Supports / manages activities related to Business Controls/Audits/tools compliance, prepares and attends audits, SOX reviews, etc., responsible for HR BC relationship, gets input and sign-off from functional C&B and informs outcomes as appropriate
- Documents and maintains (local) process descriptions and HR web documentation.
 
Required
Bachelor's Degree
English: Fluent
Chinese simplified: Fluent 
 
Additional information
- Skilled and knowledgeable in areas of employee and executive compensation programs and policies including Labor Relations implications
- Deep understanding and working knowledge of compensation and benefits processes, project management, and supporting applications (e.g., MS excel or SAP)
- Strong data mining and analytical skills
- Ability to interface with executives, global compensation teams, IOT/IMT C&B professionals, HR Partners, and HR Service Delivery Center teams
- Understanding of business unit strategies / needs and how this translates into C&B programs
