Job description
--Individuals in this role need acquire good communication skills, self-confidence & have an innate desire to help others develop their leadership skills for the good of their business. Could apply experience & knowledge of instructional delivery & facilitation principles to, assesses, coaches & develops new & current managers in alignment with Leadership Development Framework. This is normally achieved by instructional delivery utilizing a variety of methods, media, & technologies. Responsible for a thorough underst&ing of the subject matter, attainment of instructional objectives, motivation of students & application of instruction skills in a classroom &/or virtual environment. It requires both subject matter expertise & process expertise (where "process" could be face-to-face presentation skills, e-facilitation skills, use of classroom or online tools & technology, adult learning concepts, etc.)
--Furthermore, individual in this role will need to apply analytical & innovative thinking in developing & delivering high quality solutions that address customer business requirements. May also have some program management responsibilities. Is instrumental in helping to formulate Learning Services policy & direction. Global knowledge sharing & management is key to the company's success;need to perform needs analysis & develop learning solutions by working closely with HR Partners & Workforce Partners;
--Individual in this role, should be willing to facilitate the sessions using new technology, such as virtual classroom; should also be ready/has the potential to facilitate the sessions using English.

Requires Skills
• Environment:
- Utilizes advanced performance technologies & training methodologies to guide & influence other learning professionals in determining, creating/deploying customer solutions that support project, function or business unit objectives.
- Demonstrates the required proficiency level for this position.
• Communication/Negotiation:
- Advises other extended team members (vendors, subcontractors, business & alliance partners, customers & employees from other functional areas) on approaches, tools & technologies & methodologies related to the design, development & delivery of learning solutions.
- Works & negotiates effectively with other team members to define team objectives. Guides & influences others to accomplish objectives.
• Problem Solving:
- Recognizes & articulates complex problems related to solution & applies creativity & judgment in implementing solution.
- Independently develops/delivers solutions by applying analytical skills & business experience & knowledge involving learning technologies, methodology, processes, tools & solution components.
• Contribution/Leadership:
- Leads cross-functional teams in analysis, problem-solving & evaluation activities to achieve performance objectives set by the education leader.
- Influences people outside own department through work with extended team (customers, vendors & subcontractors, business & alliance partners, & employees from other functional areas) & presentations on business-related topics to the company & customer management.
- Underst&s training department/function mission & applies underst&ing to assigned projects & activities.
- May manage all or portion of a project, coordinate team members, define task plan, track & report on progress, & develop &/or deliver solution on time & within budget.
• Impact on Business/Scope:
- Accountable for quality results & timeliness of learning solution that meets customer needs for projects involving multifunctional teams.
- Regularly participates in training function program planning. Identifies, estimates & presents cost, schedule, resource requirements & risk considerations.
- Works directly with most levels of management. Activities have a direct impact on customer satisfaction & other business measurements.
- Has budgetary responsibility for medium to large projects.
