Job description
Areas of Learning Specialization :
Learning Facilitation:
--Individuals in this discipline apply experience and knowledge of instructional delivery and facilitation principles to increase the Sales knowledge and skills of clients. This is normally achieved by instructional delivery utilizing a variety of methods, media, and technologies. He/she is responsible for a thorough understanding of the subject matter, attainment of instructional objectives, motivation of students and application of instruction skills in a classroom and/or virtual environment. It requires both subject matter expertise and process expertise (where "process" could be face-to-face presentation skills, e-facilitation skills, use of classroom or online tools and technology, adult learning concepts, etc.)
--An individual may operate in one or more of these areas of specialization depending on local business need.
--Is an experienced education professional working on education assignments of a large and/or complex nature, and will have a solid record of success in this environment. Will have extensive experience in more than one of the four areas of education specialization. Applies analytical and innovative thinking in developing and delivering high quality solutions that address customer business requirements. May also have significant program management responsibilities. Is instrumental in helping to formulate Learning Services policy and direction. Global knowledge sharing and management is key to the company's success. Participates in the creation, harvesting, protection, and reuse of the company's intellectual capital and will actively participate in knowledge sharing activities like communities of practice, forums, conferences and/or other knowledge exchanges.

Learning Consulting:
Individuals in this discipline are responsible for working with customers to define business and performance issues relating to professional and skills development needs. Learning consultants are knowledgeable in current industry trends in the field of education, delivery media alternatives, and current offerings and solutions to address organization capabilities and specific development needs. Based on a review of the customer's current business, technical and/or learning strategy, organizational capabilities and requirements, and skills gap analysis, learning consultants can make solid recommendations on how to develop a comprehensive training program to address a broad spectrum of training requirements and develop a plan for implementation. They have strong expertise in instructional design methodology and the application of the appropriate learning strategies to solve business problems. In addition, they can perform a high level assessment a client's infrastructure to determine appropriate delivery methodologies, recommend the best use of technology, and apply creative design methodologies for the selected delivery environment. They are responsible for developing a business case for the learning strategy implementation and can employ ROI tools.

Requirements
--University degree, MBA preferred
--5 to 10 years as a senior sales inside/out of the company;
--Facilitation, training or related experience is preferred
--Field management experience in sales is preferred
--Good master of English language both in writing and oral communication;
--High maturity level and energetic, work as a self-motivator
--willing to travel 25% to 50% of his/her time
 
Required
Bachelor's Degree
At least 5 years experience in experience as a senior sales inside/out of
English: Fluent
Chinese simplified: Fluent
 
Preferred
Master's Degree
