SW Solution Marketing Manager
Job description
- Responsible for SWG solution market segment management by identifying attractive and addressable market segments, establishing portfolio priorities, and developing and driving the execution of the Marketing & Communication Segment Marketing Plan.
- Some details responsibility can be referred below:
- Collaborate with MI on market insight
- To grow offering portfolio and develop value proposition of industry solutions
- Manage industry solution pipeline with sales team on weekly base
- Provide guidance to Demand Program team and communication tam to create marketing programs to deliver sustained Pipeline performance and coverage for all routes to market
- Cooperate with channel marketing and solution team to develop a strong Ecosystem
8+ years software related working experience,
5+ years working experience in product management, sales or business development role
or 8+years working experience in marketing management role
Leadership position and/or business management experience are desired
Comfortable working with internal and external senior executives
Leadership in working with cross functional or virtual teams
Good communications skill internally and externally
Strategic and creative thinking
Bachelor and above Degree is required, MBA Degree is desired
Fluent English
Good writing skill in both English and Chinese

At least 8 years experience in working experience in product management, sales or business development role, working experience in marketing management role
