Job description Summary of the role 1. Be able to Identify attractive and addressable market segments or target offerings
2. Establish market segment, portfolio and Sales Play priorities
3. Develop the IMT M&C Segment Marketing Plan, including the optimal marketing strategies and Go-to-Market Plans to create and capture value
4. Drive the execution of the current quarter Go-to-Market Plans and assess performance
Daily executions
1.Analyze market information to determine insights for local market
2.Perform market analysis and selection
3.Build a deep firsthand understanding of the market, engaging with Clients, Sales and Business Partners
4.Validate understanding and apply knowledge of client pain points, customer buying behavior, competitive trends, and business strategy
5.Analyze and apply in-depth understanding of portfolio and local capabilities for segment
6.Analyze performance and ability to execute
7.Perform prioritization of market segments and related portfolio elements
8.Provide input to WW on market opportunity areas/gaps, marketing priorities and local capabilities
9.Translate market understanding and analysis into marketing and Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies
10.Articulate GTM objectives to drive planning
11.Orchestrate the development of a M&C Segment Marketing Plan and quarterly/bi-annual GTM plans (awareness, demand programs, enablement, and RTM)
12.Apply GTM knowledge, defining how to use different routes to capture opportunities; build awareness across market segments; leverage marketing mix to generate demand, and enable Sellers and Business Partners
13.Collaborate across M&C functions and Sales to gain buy-in for strategies and resources to execute plans
14Provide subject matter expertise for events such as conferences, tradeshows, webinars, and seminars for relevant communities
15.Localize value proposition
16.Conduct project management by “orchestrating” activities across virtual team
17.Analyze future quarter sales pipeline, by performing root cause analysis & defining recovery plans
18.Provide IMT/Country specific feedback and gaps to WW teams in terms of product, messaging, pipeline, channels and strategy
Required skills 1. At least 5 years experience in E&U Industry
2. At least 3 years in Mktg and communication roles
3. Some E&U solution experience is preferred
4. Be able to work in global mind
5. Fluent in English speaking, writing and listen
