Description:
Delivers technical expertise for solution implementation to customer, mainly focusing on PXI family products like 7000/7100 and 3000. RTS 3900 family product support will be secondary. Focus during various phases of the sales process including requirements analysis, feature-by-feature demonstrations, benchmarks, competitive positioning, and implementation/execution, generally allocated by project and engineering services.
Understands customers’ problems, recommends solutions to meet their needs, and ensures customer satisfaction.
Integrate the products and services (at the system/solutions level) into customers’ environment.
Ensure that our system solution platform is functioning properly at the customer site. May be product or technology focused. Deliver customer training classes and consulting related to our application, as well as assist in pre-sales.

Job description:
- Being a consultant to design, develop & integrate test system solutions for mobile communication & emerging wireless technologies;
- Developing ATE software architecture and codes
- Support sales team to present and demonstrate our solutions;
- Managing key projects and drive the business from technical standpoint together with sales;
- Actively and independently interact with business units, sales counterparts and MNC customers and their partners both in country and across the globe.
- Harnessing resources across departments to coordinate project development work to meet both quality and timeline requirements.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor/Masters/PhD in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering or related discipline. Must be in RF/Wireless fields. More than 3 years of practical experience   in RF/wireless test/development/manufacturing environment
- Ability to make decisions and produce results in ambiguous environment
- Strong presentation, teamwork & project management skills to solve customer’s issues in a cross-functional global organization.
- Strong verbal & written communication skills. Fluent in English and Mandarin is required.
- Customer oriented and passion to focus and drive for closure on customer issues
- Proven flexibility – ability to deal with ambiguity, take and manage risks, learn quickly and adapt.
- 40-50% travel mainly within China is required
