Responsibility:
1.Build strategic alliance with 4A Advertising companies
a)Achieve the desired growth of national key customers who are using 4A company services in media planning and buying
b)Maintain relationship with senior management of 4A advertising companies so that senior management of the company are kept informed of any information that would facilitate the decision making of the company
2.4A key customer development
a)Working with Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou, support the development of 4A key accounts
b)Assist Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou in reconciling the group 4A strategy and local relationships with 4A.
c)Develop policy on prices, discount level and rebate to 4A companies and ensure that subsidiaries adheres to these policy in the development of 4A customers
3.Annual Master agreement with 4A companies
a)Proposal to management on terms and conditions of 4A companies
b)Take lead in the initial negotiation of 4A master agreement as agreed with management
4.Strategic planning
a)Identify potential 4A customer opportunities and liase with responsible subsidiaries to work out a plan for the successful development of new customers
b)Track and report on the progress and status of 4A businesses on a regular basis
5.Working relationship with other departments
a)Assist sales administration department, media department or other departments in the management of 4A related contracts and businesses as required
b)Develop rapport with other department as business requires
6.Ad hoc project: Perform ad hoc project as required by the management
