Job description
Role: Solution Manager of Chemical& Petroleum Upstream Industry (Oil/Gas Exploration & Production, Pipeline, LNG)
Responsibility:
 Lead the C&P industry upstream market study to understand the market in depth and guide the whole organization toward the right direction
 Lead the C&P industry upstream solution development to develop/acquire/accumulate the industry specific solution to support the business growth objective of China C&P industry.
 Lead the knowledge management of the industry specific solution/win story/reference in global and local upstream industry to support the business growth objective of China C&P industry.
 Lead the global SME integration and be the focal point of China upstream industry
 Lead the local virtual solution team with the members from GBS/GTS/SWG/STG function
 Lead the client representative enablement to make sales force equipped with necessary industry knowledge/solution skills
 Support the CUE for overall industry strategy, execution plan design
 Support the First Of A Kind project implementation by necessary participation
 Support transaction engagement from solution angle as a SME
 Support partnership model development of upstream industry
 Support industry marketing event to maximize the impact from solution angle
 Support align team enablement for upstream industry knowledge/solution to improve the whole organization capacity
 Leverage company resources to self-enabled to be a SME of upstream industry 
 
Additional information
Hiring Requirements:
10 years above upstream industry working experiences.
Have strong understanding of the upstream industry production processes, business model, industry ecosystem, industry solution in Geophysical & prospecting, oilfield exploration & production, pipeline management, LNG business management.
Have strong understanding of IT technology in hardware, software, services and business environment as well
Have large SOE account development experience. Understand government and SOE politics.
Strong leadership to integrate the matrix organization.
Proficient English skills.
