Job Description
ž   Beat quota assigned.
ž   Chasing industry development trend. Conduct joint industry strategy development, territory planning and account planning. Analyze and define yearly industry growth target.
ž   Can work with matrix organization and drive virtual team to execute industry strategy and reach goal.
ž   Support Cluster/SWG to develop and build customer/partner executive relationships.
ž   Develop industry partner eco-system, especially top ISV.
ž   Develop good interactive and relationship with industry experts and influencers.
ž   Lead to win as a team for strategic software projects;
ž   Coach virtual team members on to leverage the appropriate internal and external stakeholders, and help to improve Cluster/SW sales’ skill to sell software;
ž   Work with Marketing on sales support needed to drive pipeline velocity.
ž   Ensure win/loss reviews are conducted and participate as needed.
ž   Owns and solves issues related to integration/orchestration to improve winning rate.
Requirement
Essential Experience:
a) Excellent verbal and written communication skills with equally good listening, team leadership and excellence in execution skills.
b) At least 6 years of proven sales and sales management experience in Major accounts and a track record of working with a wide range of business partners.
c) Extensive experience leading large “virtual” teams—field sales, inside sales, technical specialists, services, partners
d) Preference will be given to candidates who can demonstrate knowledge of the business drivers within a variety of vertical industry markets
Industry Background:
Built in-depth relationship and track record in Airline and Airport segment.
Solution selling Skills:
Solution selling background was preferred, understanding of Company Software Group technologies would be “plus”. An overall passion for sales within a technology environment and for the business value it drives.

Personal Attributes:
Highly motivated with professional and integrity, a passion for business and working with customers and partners on driving result, and strong business and financial acumen. Be able to handle complexity and drive business under pressure.
Qualifications:
Degree qualified (bachelor’s degree typically required, Master’s/MBA preferred), with over 6 years of proven IT sales experience. Additional sales or marketing qualifications centered on driving business value through the use of technology in industry vertical markets would be beneficial.
