Job description
--Play Compensation and Benefit analyst and consultative advisor to IBM Greater China Group long term compensation and benefits strategy development, program design/ planning -and deployment associated with full workforce HR strategy;
--Play China market intelligence/ benchmarking professional, focus on China labor market, geo expansion and hot topics of talent attraction and retention;
--Act Greater China Group Compensation and Benefit functional team for design and operate aspects of IBM employee compensation programs and benefits programs;
--Play client interface with IBM business line senior management and HR Partner to discoverer business needs and solutions as well as to incorporate with above Compensation and Benefits strategy and programs deployment;
--Applied knowledge of Human Resources workforce end to end framework and programs;
--Comprehensive knowledge and skill in areas of Compensation and Benefits principle, method, policy and programs;
--Deep perspectives on China labor market, trend and environments;
--Excellent data mining and analytical skills;
--Excellent in Excel and presentable package preparation;
--Project/ program management experience and organizational design and implementation experience;
--Ability to handle vendor management and relationship;
--Good communication skills – oral and written under global matrix organization.

Bachelor's Degree
