--Professional sales experience to drive SW adoption in Public sector
--Deep industry knowledge and deep understanding of customer pain points.
--Translate SW offering into solutions for customer pain points for the Public industry in PRC.
--Articulate the value of SW offerings vs. competition as related to the Public industry requirements.
--Identify and Partner with key BP / ISV for the Public Industry in PRC.
--Understand Public customer procurement process and political dynamics in order to manage sales cycle and close deals.
--10 years working experience and more than 5 years in Public industry Sales experience.
--Experience working in multi-national company is plus.
--Passion on selling Software to help customer resolve their issues.
--Good solution selling skill and well understand customer pain and business requirement.
--Understand major SW competitors in PRC - their offerings and business partners
--Understand PRC SW Business Partner Eco-system - be able to distinguish between Solution or Integration Partners
Required
Bachelor's Degree
At least 10 years experience in public industry solution
