Job description
--HR Partner supporting Growth Markets Headquarter businesses located in Shanghai. Responsible for maintaining client relationship and measured by client satisfaction;
--Responsible for overall HR program execution success in supporting Business Units;
--Require to understand the various Business Unit strategy and unique HR requirements, and coordinate cross HR function teams for HR solutions to address the needs;
--Provide sound advice & counsel on various HR programs and policies such as performance management, Diversity, Climate, Manager Effectiveness, Coaching, Learning etc.;
--Accountable for projects or programs involving multi-functional or regional teams;
--Leads multi-functional teams or special projects as required
Required Skills
--HR Partner has professional knowledge of the function, is considered an expert in HR areas, and understands organizational resources, priorities, needs and policies.
--Is able to lead and influence across a culturally diverse and geographically dispersed team/organization in a highly matrix organization
--Has strong interpersonal and negotiation skills and pro-actively engages people across the IBM organization WW to accomplish goals
--Guides other professionals and adapts communications and approaches based on the situation
--Analyzes complex/new situations, anticipates potential problems and future trends in the growth markets, assesses opportunities and takes risks to help the business
--Has ability to effectively influence people, organizations and senior executive management when issues are complex/difficult and require diplomacy
--7-10 years' HR experiences incl 3-5 years as generalist as minimum, and Advanced degree preferred
